It starts with a conversation and a look under the hood. If you already have a Salesforce org, we review how it's set up, where it's leaking time or data, and what's quietly holding your team back. If you're starting fresh, we map what you're trying to achieve and what a right-sized build actually looks like. Either way, you leave knowing what to fix first — whether or not you hire us. What you get: a clear, prioritized picture of your biggest opportunities — no cost, no obligation.
Fixed Scope & Quote
Next we write up exactly what we'll build, what it costs, and when it'll be done — in plain language, not consultant-speak. You approve it before a single hour is billed. The price is fixed: if the work takes us longer than we estimated, that's on us, not your budget. And if you decide partway through that you want something outside that scope, we quote it separately so you're never surprised by an invoice. What you get: a written scope, a fixed quote, and a target go-live date.
Build — direct with your expert
This is where most of the work happens — and where we're different. The certified consultant building your org is the person you talk to directly. No account manager relaying messages, no telephone game, no "let me check with the team." You get fast answers, and your build reflects what you actually meant — because the person who heard it is the person doing it. We keep you in the loop as it takes shape, so there's no black-box reveal at the end. What you get: your Salesforce build, done by the certified expert you've dealt with from day one.
Test & Train
A build nobody uses is wasted money, so we don't just hand over the keys and disappear. We validate everything against the scope we agreed, fix anything that isn't right, and then train your team on the parts they'll actually touch every day. Adoption starts on day one — not months later once everyone's forgotten why you did this. What you get: a tested, working org and a team that knows how to use it.
On-Time Go-Live
We hold the go-live date we set back in step 2. That date isn't a hope — it's a commitment we plan the whole project around, and hitting it on time is the standard we hold ourselves to on every engagement. When you go live, it's because the work is done and tested, not because a calendar page turned. What you get: a live org, on the date you were promised.
Support & Grow
Salesforce is never really "finished" — your business keeps changing, and your org should keep up. If you want ongoing help, we offer an optional support retainer for admin, enhancements, and enablement as your needs evolve. No lock-in: it's there if you want it, and the build is fully yours whether you take it or not. What you get: an optional ongoing partner, entirely on your terms.

What access do you need to my Salesforce org?
We ask only for the access the work actually needs — usually a system administrator login or a dedicated admin user we can work in. We document what we change as we go, and you can revoke access at any time. If you're starting without an org yet, we help you set one up correctly from the beginning.
What happens if our requirements change mid-project?
That's normal — businesses move. Anything inside the scope we agreed is covered by your fixed price. If you want something new, we tell you plainly what it involves, quote it separately, and you decide whether to add it now or later. You're always in control of what you spend.
Do we own the work when it's done?
Yes, completely. Your Salesforce org, your configuration, your data, and any custom work are yours. There's no lock-in and nothing that only keeps working while you pay us. If you ever bring in another team, everything is documented and handed over cleanly.
What if we're starting from scratch with no org yet?
No problem — plenty of our work is greenfield. We help you choose the right edition, build on a solid foundation, and avoid the expensive mistakes that come from configuring in a hurry. The same six steps apply; we just start at “what are you trying to achieve” instead of “what's wrong with what you have.”
