Privacy Policy
Plain English, no hedging. What we collect when you use this site, why we collect it, who else gets to see it, and how to have it removed.
Last updated 30 July 2026 · Effective 30 July 2026
The short version
We collect what you type into our forms and some basic information about how you use the site. We use it to reply to you, to send you the thing you asked for, and to run our business. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone except the small number of software providers we need to operate — our website platform, our CRM, and Google Analytics. If you want to see what we hold on you, correct it, or have it deleted, email info@360quantumsolutions.com and we will do it.
1. Who we are
This site is operated by 360QuantumSolutions LLC, trading as 360 Quantum Solutions, a Salesforce consulting firm based in Naperville, Illinois. When this policy says “we”, “us” or “our”, that is who it means. When it says “the site”, it means www.360quantumsolutions.com and everything on it, including the blog and the forms.
This policy covers information collected through the site. It does not cover information you give us in a signed engagement, which is governed by the agreement we sign with you, or anything we do inside a client’s own Salesforce org, which stays under that client’s control and their own policies.
2. What we collect
Information you give us directly
Four things on this site ask you for information. Each one asks for the least it can get away with:
| Where | What it asks for |
|---|---|
| Contact form | Full name, email address, phone number, website, and your message. The phone number is optional; if you give it, you are also asked to consent separately to calls and texts. |
| Booking calendar | Name, email address, and any details you add when you book a call. The calendar shows you our availability; it does not read yours. |
| Org Health Check | Your answers to eight multiple-choice questions about your Salesforce org, plus your first name, work email and company if you choose to have the full breakdown emailed to you. You can take the check and see your score without giving us anything at all — the email is only asked for at the point where we send you the detailed write-up. |
| Newsletter sign-up | First name, email address, role and company. |
You are never required to give us any of this to read the site. Every form is something you choose to fill in.
Information collected automatically
Like almost every website, ours records some technical information when you visit: your IP address, your browser and device type, the pages you look at, the site or search that sent you, and the date and time. We use this to understand which pages are useful and which are not.
Information from the tools we use
Our CRM records when a contact of ours opens an email we sent or clicks a link in it, and associates repeat visits to this site with a contact record once you have identified yourself by submitting a form. If you have never given us your details, that record is anonymous.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
The site sets the following cookies. There is no advertising network, no retargeting pixel, and no social media tracker on this site.

Google Analytics | Tells us how many people visit, which pages they read and how they found us. It does not tell us who you are. |

LeadConnector, our CRM’s tracking script | Links repeat visits to the same browser session, and to your contact record if you have submitted a form. |

Amazon Web Services | Keeps you connected to the same server while you browse. Purely technical. |
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work; our view of how it is being used will simply be less complete. You can also opt out of Google Analytics specifically using Google’s browser add-on.
4. Why we use your information
- To reply to you. If you fill in the contact form or book a call, we use your details to get back to you. This is the main reason any of this exists.
- To send you what you asked for. Your Org Health Check breakdown, or the newsletter if you signed up for it.
- To run our business. Preparing proposals, delivering projects, invoicing, and keeping records of who we have spoken to and about what.
- To improve the site. Understanding which pages answer people’s questions and which do not.
- To market to you, if you agreed to it. Occasional Salesforce analysis and updates. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link that works immediately.
We do not use your information to make automated decisions that have a legal or similarly significant effect on you. The Org Health Check score is a directional indicator generated from your own answers, not a decision about you.
5. Calls and text messages
If you give us your phone number and tick the consent box on the contact form, you are agreeing to receive marketing-related calls and text messages from us, which may be automated, pre-recorded, or use AI voice technology. That consent is separate and optional — you can submit the form without it, and it is never a condition of buying anything from us.
You can stop them at any time by replying STOP to any text message, or by telling us during a call. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
6. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we never have. We do not trade it, rent it, or hand it to data brokers.
We share it only with the service providers we need to operate, and only so they can perform that service for us:
- Duda — hosts this website and provides its built-in visitor statistics.
- HighLevel(which we access through a partner-branded portal at myorgcatalyst.com) — our CRM. It stores contact records, powers the contact form and booking calendar, and sends our email and text messages.
- Google — provides Google Analytics.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, if we need to establish or defend a legal claim, or if the business is ever sold or merged, in which case your information would transfer with it and this policy would continue to apply until you were told otherwise.
7. Where your information is held, and for how long
Our providers store data on servers in the United States. If you contact us from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US.
We keep enquiry and client records for as long as we have an active relationship with you, and afterwards for as long as we reasonably need them for business records, tax and legal purposes. Marketing contacts stay on our list until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, unless we are required to keep some of it.
8. Your choices and your rights
Whatever state or country you are in, we will honour these requests:
- See what we hold. Ask, and we will tell you what we have on you.
- Correct it. If something is wrong, we will fix it.
- Delete it. Ask, and we will remove it, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.
- Stop marketing. Use the unsubscribe link in any email, reply STOP to any text, or just tell us.
Email info@360quantumsolutions.com and we will act on it. We do not charge for this, and we will not treat you differently for asking. Residents of states with specific privacy statutes, including California, have these rights by law; we extend the same treatment to everyone, because drawing a line by postcode would be a strange way to behave.
9. Security
We take sensible precautions: reputable providers, access limited to the people who need it, and encrypted connections between your browser and this site. We are not going to tell you that your data is perfectly safe, because no honest company can say that about anything transmitted over the internet. What we can say is that we do not collect more than we need, which is the most effective security measure there is.
10. Children
This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their information, email us and we will delete it.
11. Links to other sites
The site links to other websites — Salesforce documentation, our LinkedIn page, and similar. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and this policy stops at our edge.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will say so clearly rather than quietly editing a paragraph.
13. How to contact us
Any question about this policy, or any request about your information, goes to the same place:
