Terms of Service
The rules for using this website, and what the things on it do and do not promise. Short, specific, and free of the usual fog.
Last updated 30 July 2026 · Effective 30 July 2026
The short version
These terms cover your use of this website. They are not your contract with us for consulting work — that lives in a proposal or statement of work we both sign, and if the two ever disagree, the signed agreement wins. Everything on this site is information, not advice. Prices shown are starting points until we have scoped your project in writing. The Org Check is a rough indicator based on your own answers, not a diagnosis. And we are an independent Salesforce consulting partner — we are not Salesforce.
1. Who these terms are between
This site is operated by 360QuantumSolutions LLC, trading as 360 Quantum Solutions, of 4055 S Route 59, Suite 100, Naperville, IL 60564. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that company, and “you” means anyone using this website.
By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site — that is the only consequence, and there is no other catch.
2. What these terms do not cover
This is the most important section, so it is near the top rather than buried at the bottom.
These terms govern the website. They do not govern any consulting engagement. If you hire us, the work is governed by the proposal, statement of work or master services agreement we sign with you. That document is where scope, price, timeline, payment terms, confidentiality, data handling, warranties, intellectual-property ownership and everything else that actually matters to a project is agreed. If anything in these website terms conflicts with a signed agreement between us, the signed agreement takes precedence.
Nothing on this site — not a package price, not a timeline, not a case study, not a blog post, and not a form submission — creates a contract for services or obliges either of us to anything.
3. Using the site
You are welcome to read the site, use the tools on it, download anything we have made downloadable, and share links to it. Please do not: break it, attempt to gain access to parts of it that are not public, scrape it in a way that degrades it for other people, use it to send unlawful or abusive content, or misrepresent yourself when filling in a form.
We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site at any time. We try not to break links when we do, but we do not promise the site will always be available or error-free.
4. The Org Health Check and other free tools
The two-minute Org Check on this site produces a score from your own answers to eight multiple-choice questions. It is deliberately described on the site as directional , and that is exactly what it is: a rough indicator meant to start a conversation. It is not an audit, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for looking inside your actual Salesforce org.
The free org health check we offer to book is a real conversation with a real consultant, at no cost and with no obligation on either side. Booking one does not make you a client, does not commit you to buy anything, and does not commit us to take the work.
5. Information on this site is not professional advice
The blog, the service pages and the case studies are published to be useful, and we take accuracy seriously — but they are general information written without knowledge of your particular org, data, licences, budget or constraints. Do not act on them as if they were advice tailored to you. Salesforce changes frequently, and something accurate on the day it was published may not be accurate when you read it.
About the case studies specifically. The examples on our case studies page are labelled as illustrative, and they mean it. They represent the kinds of problems we solve and the outcomes our approach is designed to achieve. The figures shown are target outcomes for that type of project, not a specific client’s audited results, and they are not a prediction of what you would get. When we publish a named client story it will say so plainly, and it will be published with that client’s permission.
6. Prices shown on this site
Our packages page exists because we think opaque pricing wastes everyone’s time. It is honest, but it is not a binding quote.
Some figures are shown as a firm price for a defined package, and some are shown as “from” a figure or as a range, because the final number depends on scope. In every case, the price that binds us is the one in a written proposal you have accepted — not the one on this page. Prices may change at any time, and a change does not affect any proposal already signed.
Our fixed-fee model means the fee is fixed once the scope is fixed. If you later ask for something outside the agreed scope, that is a change to the scope and we will price it separately and transparently before doing it.
7. Commitments about delivery
We say on this site that on-time go-lives are the standard we hold ourselves to, and we mean it. But a commitment about your project can only be made about your project, so any binding commitment on dates, deliverables or outcomes lives in the signed agreement for that engagement, not here.
8. Salesforce, and our relationship to it
Salesforce, Agentforce, Data Cloud, Einstein, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Trailhead and related names and logos are trademarks of Salesforce, Inc. and its affiliates. We use them to describe the products we work with, which is a normal and permitted descriptive use.
We are an independent consulting partner. We are not Salesforce, we are not owned by or acting on behalf of Salesforce, and nothing on this site is endorsed, sponsored or approved by Salesforce. Your licence agreement for the Salesforce products themselves is between you and Salesforce, and nothing we say here changes it. Other product names on this site belong to their respective owners.
9. Our content
Everything we have created on this site — the writing, the design, the graphics, the Org Check and the code behind it — belongs to us. You may read it, quote reasonable extracts with attribution and a link, and share it. You may not republish it wholesale, sell it, or present it as your own.
10. What you send us
When you submit a form, book a call or reply to an email, you keep ownership of whatever you send. You give us permission to use it for the purpose you sent it for — replying to you, preparing a proposal, or delivering work you have engaged us for. Please do not send us confidential information through a website form; if something is sensitive, tell us and we will arrange a proper channel and, where appropriate, a confidentiality agreement.
How we handle personal information is set out separately in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
11. Emails and text messages
If you give us your phone number and tick the consent box on our contact form, you are agreeing to marketing calls and texts, which may be automated, pre-recorded or use AI voice technology. That consent is optional and is never a condition of buying anything. Reply STOP to any text, or tell us on a call, and it stops. Every marketing email has a working unsubscribe link. The detail is in the Privacy Policy.
12. Links to other sites
We link out to Salesforce documentation, our LinkedIn page and other useful places. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for them, and a link is not an endorsement of everything on the other end of it.
13. The site is provided as is
We put real effort into keeping this site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not give any warranty that the site or the information on it will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, current, or fit for any particular purpose of yours.
14. Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or lost business opportunity. Our total liability arising out of your use of this website is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).
To be clear about what this section is and is not: it applies to this website. Liability for consulting work we are engaged to perform is dealt with in the agreement for that engagement, and is not limited by this paragraph. Nothing here excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and material changes will be described plainly rather than slipped in. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of them will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you and we both agree to that.
17. Getting in touch
If anything here is unclear, ask us. We would rather explain it than have you guess.
