How do you decide when to use code vs configuration?
We default to declarative — Flow and standard features — and only write code when the requirement genuinely can't be met declaratively, or when code is clearly cheaper to maintain long-term.
Will custom code break when Salesforce updates?
Not if it's built right. We follow Salesforce best practice and test coverage rules specifically so your code survives the three annual releases. We can also support it under a retainer.
Can our own admin maintain what you build?
Yes — that's the point. We document everything and favour readable, standard patterns so your team isn't dependent on us to make a change.
Do you fix or take over existing custom code?
Often, yes. We can review an existing codebase, tell you honestly what shape it's in, and either stabilise it or refactor it as part of a scoped engagement.
